Job summary

Startek Malaysia is seeking a customer service representative to respond to inquiries via phone, email or chat, providing professional and timely support. You will work in Bahasa Malaysia and English, maintaining clear records and escalating complex issues as needed.

Role requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment and willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Training will be provided to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Relevant working experience is an added advantage. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities
