Payment Network Malaysia is seeking a principal product owner to shape the Nexus service, setting strategy, roadmap and priorities across multi-market cross-border payments. You will translate market, participant and regulatory needs into a coherent product flow and measurable outcomes.

Working directly with the CEO and ecosystem stakeholders, you will manage discovery through delivery, balancing customer value, ecosystem adoption, operational resilience and commercial sustainability, while

Qualifications

• Significant product-management experience in payments, fintech or financial-market infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of real-time or instant payments, cross-border payment flows and ISO 20022.
• Strong judgment balancing customer outcomes, interoperability, risk and delivery feasibility.

Responsabilités

• Own the product strategy, multi-year roadmap, demand-intake process and prioritization for the Nexus service.
• Translate market, regulatory and participant needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Lead discovery through delivery and measure outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with CEO, regulators, central banks and ecosystem stakeholders to shape Nexus.
