Job summary

Nexus Global Operator, a joint venture between PayNet and NETS, seeks a seasoned delivery leader to drive cross-border payments infrastructure programs in a complex, regulated environment. You will own planning, governance, and execution across multi-vendor teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of payment switch platforms and connectivity initiatives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in large-scale technology delivery or program management.
• Proven delivery of payment infrastructure, switching platforms or financial network integrations.
• Experience guiding industry-wide testing or ecosystem implementations with external participants.
• Strong experience managing multi-vendor delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of payment switch platform projects and integrations.
• Own end-to-end testing governance including SIT, UAT, and PAT.
• Coordinate regulatory readiness and go-live activities across stakeholders.
• Manage vendor and partner delivery against SLAs and milestones.
• Serve as bridge between product, engineering, operations, and external participants.
