Hunters International Sdn Bhd is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor for infrastructure and building projects in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on tender analysis, cost estimation, measurement, and progress claims while supervising junior staff.

The ideal candidate holds a Post Graduate Diploma or higher in QS, with 4+ years of experience and proficiency in MS Office/Excel. Location is Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Qualificações

• Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
• At least 4 year(s) of infrastructure and building related projects working experience as a QS is required for this position and handling or managing staff under in terms of junior quantity surveyor.
• Should be conversant with MS Office, particularly easy in working with Excel spread sheets in added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Experience with analysis of tender, preparation of tender submission & BQ, cost estimation, handle claims and payment for the project.
• Measurement of quantity, experience in taking off
• Experience in managing people
• Processing of progress claim and variations to ensure on time submissions
• Measure actual work at site and analyze subcontractor prices
• To perform any other Ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the management.
