• Strong reading of basic technical specifications or engineering drawings is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years in Planning, Sales Coordination or Inside Sales in relevant industries.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs and prepare detailed cost breakdowns.
• Update and maintain master price list for active parts and services.
• Analyze supplier price hikes impact on selling prices and prepare price adjustment proposals.
• Liaise with customers and finance on outstanding debts; track aging reports for timely collections.
• Track quotes progress with prospects and relay feedback to sales team.
• Maintain professional relationships with existing clients via phone to identify new requirements or issues.
