Job summary

STX Precision (JB) Sdn Bhd, based in Malaysia (Johor Bahru), seeks a detail‑oriented Sales Planning/Inside Sales coordinator to support cost management, quotations, and the master price list. You will liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate pricing and timely responses.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a Technical Engineering field with at least 3 years of related experience, preferably in precision engineering or die‑casting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a Technical Engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Planning, Sales Coordination or Inside Sales.
• Experience in precision engineering or die-casting industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs and prepare cost breakdowns.
• Update and maintain the master price list for all active parts and services.
• Analyze the impact of supplier price hikes on selling prices and prepare Price Adjustment Proposals.
• Credit & Accounts Receivable: liaise with customers and finance on outstanding debts and aging reports.
• Pipeline tracking: communicate with prospects to track quotes and gather feedback.
• Maintain professional relationships with existing clients by phone to identify new requirements or issues.
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager.
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports, quotation hit-rate summaries, and margin analysis.
• Manage internal meetings and document action items for timely follow-up.
