Job summary

STX Precision in Johor Bahru, Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales/ Sales Coordination professional to manage quotations, pricing, and customer communications.

You will review RFQs, maintain price lists, and prepare cost breakdowns, while coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely collections and accurate reporting.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree and at least 3 years in related fields, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a Technical Engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Planning, Sales Coordination or Inside Sales.
• Experience in precision engineering or die-casting industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs and prepare detailed cost breakdowns.
• Update master price list for all active parts and services.
• Prepare price adjustment proposals after analyzing supplier price hikes.
• Manage credit & accounts receivable and track outstanding debts.
• Track quotes and gather feedback for the sales team.
• Provide admin support to Marketing Manager and prepare reports.
