Lead the overall daily operations of the preschool. This role involves leading, coaching and developing a team of teachers to achieve excellence, guiding and supporting teachers in planning and delivering meaningful school programmes and events, and building strong relationships with parents to provide an exceptional parent experience. You will drive student enrolment, student retention and the overall growth of the preschool, ensure high teaching quality and continuous improvement across all classrooms, improve operational systems and processes for greater efficiency, and manage the preschool's operational performance and work towards achieving business goals.
