Job summary

Red Dragonfly Educare in Malaysia seeks an experienced Assistant Principal to support daily management and development of our education centre. You will guide teachers, maintain teaching quality, support students and parents, and ensure smooth centre operations.

Lead the teaching team, monitor progress, manage schedules, and collaborate with the Principal to elevate centre performance while promoting student retention and parent satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Education, Teaching, Management or related field
• Experience in education, tuition, daycare or learning centre environment
• Leadership experience as a Senior Teacher, Head Teacher, Academic Coordinator, Centre Manager or similar role is preferred
• Must be fluent in Mandarin and able to communicate with SJKC students
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Responsible, organised and able to solve problems independently
• Comfortable handling teachers, parents and students
