Kinderland, operated by BINA JAYA VENTURES SDN. BHD. in Batu Pahat, Johor, is seeking Preschool Teachers who are caring, patient and passionate about early childhood education.

About the Role

We are looking for Preschool Teachers who are caring, patient, responsible and passionate about working with young children. Whether you have experience in early childhood education or are a fresh graduate looking to begin your teaching career, you will receive structured training, teaching resources, mentoring and opportunities to grow professionally.

What You’ll Do

Teaching & Learning

• Conduct classes according to the customised syllabus and curriculum plan, and teach children the knowledge and skills required for each subject.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons using appropriate teaching methods and resources.
• Prepare textbooks, teaching materials and lesson resources for each semester.
• Create handmade teaching materials, flashcards and classroom resources to support children’s understanding.
• Decorate, organise and maintain Learning Corners (LCA) to create an engaging learning environment.

Classroom Management & Child Development

• Manage and guide students’ behaviour while maintaining a positive and well-disciplined classroom environment.
• Establish appropriate behavioural norms and help children develop good habits, social skills and proper etiquette.
• Observe children’s development and provide timely feedback to the Principal regarding students’ progress, behaviour and learning needs.
• Take daily attendance accurately and update attendance records in the system on a weekly basis.

Childcare, Safety & Wellbeing

• Take care of children’s daily needs, including meals, personal hygiene and overall wellbeing.
• Ensure children’s safety and provide appropriate supervision throughout the school day.
• Assist with afternoon homework classes and daily duties, including checking homework, spelling practice, combing hair, refilling drinking water and conducting school checks.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic and safe classroom environment through regular cleaning and disinfection.

School Activities & Teamwork

• Organise and participate in various indoor and outdoor kindergarten activities, events and programmes.
• Work closely with teachers and the school team to ensure a consistent and positive learning experience for every child.
• Support school operations and other duties assigned by the Principal or management when required.
