About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Preschool Supervisor to join a new education center in Jelutong area, Penang. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our early childhood education programme. As Preschool Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting teaching staff, and ensuring a nurturing, safe and stimulating environment for all our young learners. This leadership role is integral to maintaining our high standards of early childhood education and contributing to the development and wellbeing of the children in our care.

What we’re looking for

• Recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Diploma or Degree preferred)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in early childhood education, including classroom teaching experience
• Strong understanding of early childhood development theories and best practices in preschool education
• 4. Excellent communication skills with children, parents, staff and senior management
