Job summary

You will ensure licensing compliance, safety and a high-quality learning environment for children. The role requires strong leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and 3–5 years’ experience in early childhood education or centre management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Child Development, Education Management or related field.
• Mandarin speaking would be an added advantage.
• Relevant preschool / childcare / kindergarten certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the preschool centre.
• Supervise staff and maintain effective teams.
