Job summary

Toddler Town International Preschool in Kuala Lumpur seeks a passionate Branch Manager to lead daily operations, oversee teaching staff and drive enrolment growth while delivering exceptional experiences for children and families.

You'll ensure compliance with ECCE regulations and EduGuru standards, manage scheduling, reporting and budgeting, and build strong partnerships with local communities. Previous supervisory experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years' experience in an early childhood setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commercially minded with a passion for education and community building.
