Job summary

Weaverapac is seeking a Presales Consultant to join our sales and solutions team in Kuala Lumpur. You will work with potential clients to gather requirements and tailor Weaver platform demonstrations to address their business needs.

You will analyze current processes, propose optimized solutions, and collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver detailed proposals. Stay updated on BPM/ERP trends and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in presales, consulting, or a similar role within the BPM/ERP/RPA domain.
• In-depth knowledge of BPM/ERP/RPA and associated methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and BPM software.
• Flexibility to travel as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients to gather business requirements and understand their pain points.
• Analyze and diagnose existing processes to identify areas of improvement and optimization.
• Present tailored demonstrations of the Weaver platform and solutions to potential clients based on their specific requirements.
• Highlight features and benefits of the proposed Weaver solution in line with the client’s strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to create detailed solution proposals.
• Ensure client requirements are addressed and solutions align with best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest BPM/ERP/collaboration products, technologies, and methodologies and undergo regular training and certification as required by Weaver HQ.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process and address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide feedback to product development and technical teams, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless end-to-end client experience.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, requirements, proposals, and feedback; document best practices and case studies to support sales and marketing efforts.
• Monitor competitors and stay informed about market trends, providing input on competitive positioning and market differentiation.
