Job summary

Morgan’s Grocer is seeking a seasoned pre-sales professional to bridge business needs and technical delivery in Kuala Lumpur. You will understand partner requirements, design tailored solutions, and lead demos of our store, app, and delivery model.

You will scope setups, estimate effort, and craft proposals with operations, while addressing technical and operational questions throughout the sales process. This role sits at the nexus of sales and delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or a technical-then-commercial path.
• Enough technical and operational depth to credibly engage partners and teams.
• Excellent communicator who can simplify complex concepts.
• Based in or able to work from Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

• Work with the BD team to understand partner needs and design the right solution.
• Run demos and presentations of our store, app, and delivery model.
• Scope setups, estimate effort, and prepare proposals with operations.
• Answer technical and operational questions during the sales process.
• Ensure sales promises match delivery.
