RAPIDJAYA PREMIX SDN BHD is seeking a Sales Manager for Premix in the Asphalt and Quarry industry. The role focuses on leading the sales team, building strategic relationships with clients, consultants, and highway authorities, and delivering a strong sales and marketing plan.

The ideal candidate will develop the company's image, negotiate effectively, and drive staff development while coordinating with technical teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction in infrastructure

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team in construction materials is preferred.
• Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication is required.
• Experience in premix, quarry and building materials industry is an advantage.
