Job summary

Gemencheh Granite Sdn Bhd is seeking a Marketing Officer to support sales and marketing for our quarry business. You will handle credit control, identify new customers, and help manage the sales force and distribution networks to grow volume.

You will coordinate invoicing, ensure smooth sales processes, and work with production on material needs. Degree in Marketing or related field, 3–5 years experience, and background in quarry business are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years working experience.
• Ideally 1-2 years experience as a Marketing Officer.
• Experience working in quarry business is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor credit control documentation and records.
• Identify potential customers for the quarry business, particularly in Negeri Sembilan.
• Assist the Manager, Sales & Marketing in building and managing the sales force and distribution network to grow sales and hit high volume targets.
• Provide product requirement details to production for producing right materials at the right time to the right customer.
• Coordinate smooth running of the sales process in line with standard procedures.
• Assist Manager, Sales & Marketing in organizing and coordinating weighbridge and transport delivery operations.
• Conduct regular contact with staff to foster a harmonious working environment and promote team spirit.
• Prepare invoicing for all customers.
