Job summary

SITI KHADIJAH APPAREL SDN. BHD. (RETAIL) is seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor in Malaysia to lead our store team and drive sales while maintaining exceptional customer experience.

You will manage daily operations, coach staff, handle VIP customers, ensure stock integrity, and uphold brand standards. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in retail with 1–2 years in supervision, strong leadership, and a proven track record in achieving KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory position.
• Experience in premium retail, fashion or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing retail KPIs.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commercial and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented with a strong understanding of premium customer service.
• Confident in handling VIP/high-value customers.
• Well-groomed, professional and able to represent a brand.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working on weekends, public holidays and retail working hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily store operations and retail team.
• Drive store sales, KPI and revenue targets.
• Coach and motivate the team to achieve individual and store performance.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage VIP/high-value customers.
• Ensure proper stock management, inventory accuracy and store security.
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Monitor staff scheduling, attendance and overall team performance.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.
