The role demands strong leadership, inventory control, customer service excellence, and collaboration with marketing for in-store campaigns. Diploma or degree in retail management preferred; 3–5 years in fashion retail is ideal.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in fashion or apparel.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage store operations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and profitability goals for the store.
• Monitor sales performance metrics (KPI) such as daily revenue, conversion rates, and average basket size.
• Implement sales strategies and in-store promotions to drive revenue growth.
• Manage all day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and POS accuracy.
• Maintain stock levels, conduct regular inventory counts, and manage replenishment to avoid overstock or stockouts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment while adhering to company policies.
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a premium shopping experience.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and timely.
• Lead by example to ensure the team provides personalized and engaging service.
• Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates; set goals and provide feedback; manage staff schedules.
• Act as a brand ambassador by promoting store values and maintaining high visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute in-store events or campaigns.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the owner or regional manager; provide market insights.
