Job summary

Golden Screen Cinemas Sdn. Bhd. (GSC), Malaysia’s largest cinema exhibitor, seeks a Procurement Specialist to lead end-to-end sourcing for Luxe brands, including premium ingredients, beverages, packaging and equipment.

You will drive RFQ/RFP/RFI, negotiate pricing and terms, and build supplier partnerships to ensure quality, value and continuity across Luxe locations while following governance and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience, preferably within hospitality, F&B, restaurants, retail, or premium consumer businesses.
• Experience in supplier negotiations, tender management, and contract administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; exposure to Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an added advantage.
• Experience sourcing for Japanese fine dining restaurants would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sourcing strategies for premium ingredients, beverages, packaging, and related services.
• Lead RFQ, RFP, RFI and tender exercises in line with procurement policies and approval requirements.
• Evaluate proposals, negotiate pricing and contractual terms, and recommend supplier awards based on quality, service, reliability and overall value.
• Identify, assess and develop suppliers that meet premium product, service, food safety and operational standards.
• Ensure suppliers of premium ingredients, including seafood, are evaluated and cleared by the Executive Chef before appointment.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve concerns involving quality, pricing, delivery, service levels and supply continuity.
• Partner with Luxe Operations, Marketing and other stakeholders to support menu development, product launches, promotions and business growth.
• Manage supplier agreements and maintain complete procurement records, certifications and audit trails.
