Join GSC HQ as a Specialist, Procurement (Project) and drive procurement for new cinema openings and upgrading projects. You will lead sourcing, tenders, vendor engagement and contract administration while delivering value, quality and timely project outcomes.
Develop and lead sourcing activities for project-related procurement requirements.
Evaluate suppliers and conduct commercial assessments to support procurement decisions.
Negotiate pricing, contractual terms, and agreements to deliver optimal value.
Manage end-to-end RFQ, RFP, RFI, and tender processes in accordance with procurement policies.
Coordinate vendor briefings, clarification sessions, site visits, and tender evaluations.
Build strong supplier relationships and monitor performance.
Collaborate with project owners and business stakeholders to understand procurement requirements, budgets, and timelines.
Provide procurement recommendations to support project planning and execution.
Coordinate between internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
Support the preparation, negotiation, execution, and administration of procurement contracts and service agreements.
Identify and mitigate procurement, commercial, contractual, and supplier-related risks.
Prepare procurement reports, spend analyses, tender outcomes, and sourcing performance updates.
Support procurement transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, tender management, or project procurement.
Proven ability to manage procurement activities across multiple projects and stakeholders.
Experience in cinema, retail, hospitality, facilities management, construction, property, or other project-based environments.
