Job summary

Golden Screen Cinemas Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated tenancy administrator to support lease management across GSC locations. You will maintain tenancy records, coordinate renewals, and liaise with landlords, mall management teams and internal stakeholders to ensure timely lease executions.

The role requires a diploma or degree in business or real estate, plus at least 3 years of admin experience in mall leasing. Strong MS Office skills and meticulous record-keeping are essential.

Key responsibilities

Manage and maintain tenancy records, lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation for GSC cinema locations.

Coordinate lease renewals and tenancy matters with landlords, mall management teams, legal representatives, and internal stakeholders.

Build and maintain positive working relationships with shopping mall landlords and key business partners.

Attend meetings with landlords, mall management teams, and internal stakeholders to support tenancy discussions and lease-related matters.

Track tenancy expiry dates and proactively manage renewal timelines to ensure timely execution.

Prepare correspondence, tenancy reports, renewal proposals, and supporting documentation.

Monitor the progress of lease renewals and highlight potential risks, issues, or opportunities.

Support tenancy negotiations, new location initiatives, and other property-related projects as required.

Maintain accurate leasing databases, trackers, and document management systems.

Ensure all tenancy and lease-related records are complete, accurate, and properly archived.

About you

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Real Estate, Business Management, or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in shopping mall leasing, tenancy administration, or retail property management, with hands‑on exposure to managing key or anchor tenants.

Experience working closely with shopping mall landlords, mall management and leasing representatives, including tenancy documentation, lease renewals, tenancy matters and landlord relationship management.

Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Good organizational, coordination, and record management skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
