Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a sales leadership role managing wealth sales teams.
• Proven track record of managing a large and complex relationship portfolio.
• Excellent commercial acumen, leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Conversant in Shariah knowledge and competency.
• Flexible to work across cross-functional work structures with partners.
• Independent decisions with minimal supervision.
• Certifications like CFP, PCE, MTA are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of relationship managers to acquire Premier clients and grow AUM.
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and contribute to business growth.
• Promote customer-first culture and drive digital banking adoption.
• Coach RM team for performance, development and succession planning.
• Ensure risk controls and compliance with Shariah standards.
• Optimize data quality, sales documentation and branch workflows.
