Job summary

RHB Bank Berhad is seeking a seasoned Premier Banking Relationship Manager in Malaysia to proactively acquire, develop, and retain a portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth clients. You will conduct in-depth financial needs analyses and present comprehensive wealth plans, spanning investments, wealth management, insurance, loans, and deposits.

Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver integrated solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance and achieving individual and team KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relationship management experience in Premier/Private Banking or wealth management.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of financial products including investments, wealth management, and credit facilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, develop and retain a portfolio of affluent/HNWI clients with a focus on long-term relationships.
• Conduct in-depth financial needs analysis and present comprehensive plans and wealth solutions.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver integrated investment, credit, and banking services.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements while achieving KPIs.
• Engage in client events and networking to grow the client base and brand visibility.
