Analog Devices, Inc. in Penang, Malaysia is seeking an SMT/Dispensing Process Support role to set up, operate, and troubleshoot SMT equipment, ensuring product quality and on-time delivery. The position includes changeovers, NPIs, and ongoing process monitoring to drive yield and efficiency.

The role involves optimizing dispensing parameters, monitoring bead quality, and performing maintenance tasks to sustain line performance.

Qualifications

• Experience operating SMT production equipment and troubleshooting to meet quality standards.
• Ability to perform machine changeovers and product conversions per production schedules.
• Familiarity with first article inspection and process validation during NPIs.

Responsabilités

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot SMT production equipment including solder paste printers, SPI, pick-and-place, reflow ovens and AOI systems.
• Monitor SMT line performance to ensure products meet quality requirements.
• Support machine changeovers, product conversions and NPIs with proper inspection and validation.
• Set up and maintain automated dispensing equipment and optimize dispensing parameters (pressure, time, needle size, path, volume).
• Monitor dispensing quality and perform material refill, purging, and preventive maintenance.
