Job summary

Sanmina-SCI Systems (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (Technoplex Penang) is seeking a Diploma engineer to support manufacturing for high-complexity communication products. You will balance lines, drive productivity and reduce costs while producing and maintaining essential documents.

You will apply CAD skills for jig/fixture design, troubleshoot failures and provide technical support to the value stream to meet quality and business targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering with 3–6 months experience.
• Experience in PCB assembly or box-build assembly is preferred.
• Knowledge of CAD tools such as Pro/Engineer (Creo).
• Willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang.

Responsibilities

• Balance production lines to improve throughput and reduce cycle time.
• Generate and maintain manufacturing BOM, ECO, MPS and pilot reports.
• Apply engineering knowledge to troubleshoot product failures and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical support to the value stream team to achieve quality and business indices.
