Job summary

INVENTEC APPLIANCES (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking an SMT technician to support production on the Bayan Lepas site. You will ensure equipment changeovers, line setup, and ongoing production support, resolving simple malfunctions to keep lines running smoothly.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience on Panasonic NPM placement machines, DEK printers, and Universal GSM changeover operations, and who can communicate in Chinese and English. Work shifts and overtime are required.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience on SMT production lines.
• Familiar with Panasonic NPM placement machines, DEK printers, and Universal GSM equipment changeover operations.
• Capable of basic parameter adjustments and production anomaly mitigation.
• Possesses basic equipment troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work shifts and overtime.
• Preference for candidates with Chinese and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for equipment changeover, setup, and production support.
• Handling equipment malfunctions and simple troubleshooting during production.
• Assisting engineers in equipment maintenance and improvement.
