Qualifications

• Experience as CNC Programmer in precision machining.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machining processes.
• Familiar with G-code and M-code.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of cutting tools, inserts and machining parameters.
• Experience with CNC turning and/or milling.
• Experience with CAM software.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit and optimize CNC programs based on engineering drawings and specifications.
• Develop machining processes and determine the appropriate machining sequence.
• Select suitable cutting tools, inserts and machining parameters.
• Review technical drawings and identify machining requirements.
• Optimize cutting conditions, cycle time and tool life.
• Modify CNC programs to resolve dimensional and machining issues.
• Support production during new part setup and first-piece inspection.
• Troubleshoot CNC programming and machining problems.
• Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Maintain and update CNC programs and machining documentation.
