HRnet One Pte Ltd in Malaysia is seeking an Application Manager for AI energy efficiency / HVAC to lead technical solutioning from site assessment to tender submission. You will drive technical tender docs, demos, POCs, and client workshops, while coordinating with global product teams and distributors to ensure viable, costed proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HVAC, Electrical Automation, Power/Energy Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years' relevant experience (3+ with a postgraduate degree); industrial HVAC/FMCS project experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of FMCS/EMS/BMS architecture and protocols; familiarity with AI energy algorithms or digital twins is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical tender documentation and represent the technical position in client meetings and clarifications.
• Support sales with product demos, POCs, and technical presentations; shape solutions around client needs.
• Support negotiations and finalize technical contract terms.
• Enable overseas distributors/SIs with training and technical materials.
• Coordinate with delivery and HQ product/R&D teams to keep proposals deliverable.
