Job summary

CTC Global Sdn Bhd is hiring for a pre-sales technical specialist to support system infrastructure solutions including x86 servers, storage, backups, HCI, and virtualization. You will study customer requirements, architect solutions, and assist in bid activities with BOMs and proposals.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in system infrastructure, relevant certifications, and strong English communication. The role interfaces with partners and deployment teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years in System Infrastructure (server/storage/virtualization/backup), preferably in pre-sales.
Certifications in VMware, Veritas, DELLEMC, NetApp, HPE or Veeam are a plus.
Strong English communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Provide pre-sales technical support for x86 servers, storage, backup, HCI and virtualization.
Study, analyze, and architect system infrastructure solutions per customer requirements.
Assist in bidding activities: BOM, solution verification, proposals, and presentations.
Coordinate with partners, deployment teams, and customers for successful projects.
Act as technical champion for assigned solutions/products.
