Job summary

TP-Link Malaysia is seeking a pre-sales technical specialist to deeply understand customers' business and technical requirements, coordinate with Account Managers, and deliver technical proposals and POCs. You will plan product demonstrations and ensure solutions are competitively designed.

You should have a minimum of 2 years in Business Network or technical support, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and proficiency in WAN/LAN, CCTV, GPON, and IP CCTV.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Business Network domain or technical support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Proficiency in WAN & LAN networking products (Switch, Wireless Access Point, Router), CCTV systems, GPON, Gateway, AP, and IP CCTV.
• Having OCNA/TPNP or other networking certifications would be an added advantage.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin for effective communication.
• Capable of technical alignment, negotiation, and clarification with customers.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand customers' business and technical requirements, handling customer pre-sales technical related issues.
• Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with Account Manager to provide customers proper products.
• Promote solutions to defined customers and deliver formal technical proposals and presentations.
• Take charge of product solution design, and make sure the solution is competitive technically.
• Plan and deliver product demonstrations to potential clients by showing how to solve their issues and meet their requirements through proof of concepts (POCs).
• Complete other tasks issued by the company.
