Job summary

TP-Link Malaysia is seeking a capable pre-sales technical specialist to understand customers' business and technical requirements, and to coordinate with Account Managers to propose suitable networking and CCTV solutions.

You will deliver formal technical proposals, design competitive solutions, and handle related tasks to support sales objectives, with a focus on WAN/LAN, CCTV, GPON, and IP CCTV products. Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in Business Network domain or technical support.
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin for effective communication.

Responsibilities

Deeply understand customers' business and technical requirements, handling customer pre-sales technical related issues.
Coordinate with Account Manager to provide customers proper products.
Promote solutions to defined customers and deliver formal technical proposals and presentations.
Take charge of product solution design, and make sure the solution is competitive technically.
Complete other tasks issued by the company.
