Job summary

Talent Trader Group seeks a pre-sales professional to translate client requirements into technical solutions and compelling proposals. You will lead POC activities, showcase products, and respond to RFPs while collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams.

In this role, you will ensure smooth handover from sales to implementation, maintain technical templates and documentation, and stay current with Generative AI, e-learning and BCI technologies to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in IT pre-sales, solution consulting, solution architecture, or a related technical role.
• Technical Knowledge: Generative AI (AIGC), E-learning and Smart Classroom solutions, Brain-Computer Interface (BCI).
• Key Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills, solid problem-solving ability, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Understand client requirements and translate them into suitable technical solutions, proposals, and system designs.
• Pre-Sales Support: Lead proof-of-concept (POC) activities, product demonstrations, and RFP responses; provide technical support throughout the sales process.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and business objectives.
• Project Handover: Coordinate the transition from sales to implementation, communicating requirements clearly.
• Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain solution templates, technical documentation, and reusable materials; stay updated on relevant technologies.
