Job summary

Webby Group is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions for diverse industries. You will work with business stakeholders, pre-sales, and engineering to transform challenges into scalable AI architectures powered by LLMs, AI Agents, and cloud technologies.

The role requires hands-on technical expertise in modern AI technologies, including RAG, MCP, and enterprise integrations with ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (CS/SE/IT/AI) or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in software development or solution architecture.
• Minimum 2 years designing AI or Generative AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native design.
• Experience designing enterprise integration architectures and RESTful APIs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution discovery workshops to identify AI opportunities.
• Design end-to-end AI solution architectures including AI Agents, RAG, and enterprise integrations.
• Define technical architecture, APIs, security, scalability, and deployment strategies.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams throughout projects.
• Evaluate AI models, cloud services, and technology stacks per project needs.
• Design AI Agent workflows using orchestration frameworks and MCP.
• Architect integrations with ERP, CRM, HRMS, DMS and third-party APIs.
• Conduct feasibility studies, POCs, and solution demos.
• Review designs, mentor teams, and ensure adherence to standards.
• Support pre-sales with client demos, proposals, and technical discussions.
• Stay updated on emerging AI tech and best practices.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions for clients across various industries. You will work closely with business stakeholders, pre-sales, and engineering teams to transform business challenges into scalable AI architectures powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, cloud technologies, and enterprise integrations. This role requires a strong balance of business consulting, solution architecture, and hands‑on technical expertise in modern AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution discovery workshops with clients to understand business challenges and identify AI opportunities.
• Design end-to-end AI solution architectures, including AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), workflow automation, and enterprise integrations.
• Define technical architecture, system components, APIs, security, scalability, and deployment strategies.
• Translate business requirements into technical solution designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate and recommend the most suitable AI models, cloud services, and technology stacks based on project requirements.
• Design AI Agent workflows using orchestration frameworks and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Architect integrations with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, HRMS, Document Management Systems, and third-party APIs.
• Conduct technical feasibility studies, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and solution demonstrations.
• Review technical designs, mentor development teams, and ensure adherence to architecture standards and best practices.
• Support pre-sales activities including client presentations, proposal preparation, solution estimation, and technical discussions.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of software development or solution architecture experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience designing AI or Generative AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native application design.
• Experience designing enterprise integration architectures and RESTful APIs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, DeepSeek, Qwen, Llama, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering and AI application design.
• Experience designing and implementing RAG architectures.
• Experience with AI Agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of embeddings, vector search, and AI evaluation techniques.
• Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or Tencent Cloud.
• Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, networking, and scalable deployment architectures.
• Strong experience with Python, Node.js (TypeScript), Java, or C#.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and integrating enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, pgvector, or ChromaDB.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading enterprise AI implementation projects.
• Experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), OCR, workflow automation, or conversational AI.
• Knowledge of AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience in pre-sales solution consulting or technical proposal development.
• Relevant certifications in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, AI, or Solution Architecture.
