Job summary

Primus Core Sdn Bhd is seeking a articulate, tech-savvy Pre-Sales Executive to drive AI and digital infrastructure solutions for government ministries, state utilities, and enterprise GLCs. You will translate cutting-edge AI capabilities into winning RFP proposals and live executive demonstrations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Advisory in enterprise IT or software consultancy.
• Solid understanding of Generative AI, LLM architectures, RAG systems, and enterprise cloud infrastructure concepts.
• Proven track record in technical tender writing, proposal formulation, and delivering high-impact executive pitches.
• Ability to bridge business objectives with deep technical concepts for both business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to identify client requirements and draft digital transformation roadmaps.
• Architect and author technical tender proposals, RFP responses, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for government and enterprise clients.
• Deliver live demonstrations of custom AI applications, Generative AI models, Primus Core HRMS, and enterprise web gateways.
• Collaborate closely with software architects and AI research engineers to align technical deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Advise executive stakeholders on enterprise AI adoption, security, compliance, and cloud hosting architectures.
