Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or commercial operations.
• Excellent English communication.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with regional distributors or multi-country operations.
• Knowledge of sales forecasting, inventory management, or basic financial concepts.
• Ability to prepare clean, professional presentations and reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales operations including order processing, delivery follow-ups, and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries with high accuracy.
• Support distributor partners with product information, pricing updates, promotional materials, and compliance documents.
• Assist the senior regional sales manager in organizing meetings, training sessions, and business reviews.
• Coordinate with customer service team.
• Ensure all sales activities follow company policies, commercial guidelines, and technical standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and escalates issues to the appropriate departments.
• Support execution of marketing campaigns, trade promotions, and product launches.
