Job summary

Lakeland Fire + Safety in Malaysia is seeking a results-oriented Sales Coordinator to support daily sales operations, process orders, and track deliveries. You will prepare accurate reports and dashboards to monitor performance.

You will work with distributors and internal teams (logistics, finance, marketing) and help arrange meetings, trainings, and business reviews, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. Strong English communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or commercial operations (Safety PPE business preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales operations including order processing, delivery follow-ups, and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries with high accuracy.
• Support distributor partners with product information, pricing updates, promotional materials, and compliance documents.
• Assist the sales team in organizing meetings, training sessions, and business reviews.
• Track inventory levels, forecast needs, and communicate stock risks to relevant teams.
• Ensure all sales activities follow company policies, commercial guidelines, and technical standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and escalated issues to the appropriate departments.
• Support execution of marketing campaigns, trade promotions, and product launches.
