Qualifikationen

• Diploma in a relevant field is required.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possesses own transport and willingness to travel.
• Preferably with knowledge of security systems industry.
• Positive, proactive team player with willingness to learn and solve problems.

Aufgaben

• Provide support for the sales and marketing team as required.
• Respond to feedback from customers and provide after-sales support when requested.
• Store and sort sales data and present reports; maintain sales and customer records.
• Handle processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• File important documents and communicate relevant information.
• Raise documents for samples and sales invoices and file accordingly.
• Liaise with sales and distribution channels to ensure stock delivery on time.
• Check stock status of distribution channels.
• Assist in all sales-related activities to meet company targets.
• Assist Sales & Marketing team in day-to-day activities.
