Job summary

TDCX Malaysia is seeking Mandarin-speaking candidates to support Mandarin-speaking customers. The role focuses on managing PPC campaigns, optimizing performance, and delivering data-driven insights to improve online marketing outcomes.

You will work in a dynamic environment, applying analytical thinking and creative problem-solving to drive sales and customer engagement. A diploma and marketing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize existing AdWords campaigns, including copy, bids, CPC, CPA, and keywords.
• Create and implement PPC strategies with keyword research and analysis.
• Produce performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Track budget/funds in accounts and ensure conversions.
• Leverage new technologies and automation to enhance SEM efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support ISO9001/ISO18295-1 quality goals.
