Job summary

TDCX Malaysia is seeking a results-driven SEM professional to optimize and manage online advertising campaigns across multiple channels. You will refine ad copy, bids, keywords, and CPC/CPA metrics to maximize performance.

You will create data-backed performance reports, work with cross-functional teams, and leverage automation to improve SEM effectiveness. A bachelor’s degree and good English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 2 years in related field preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong communication skills and sales aptitude.
• Comfortable with multiple systems and quick to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize current advertisement campaign components (Ad Copy, Bid Prices, CPC, CPA, Keywords).
• Assist in developing campaign strategies including keyword research and analysis.
• Create performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Track funds in accounts and ensure accuracy.
• Identify and implement automation to enhance SEM efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the QMS at TDCX.
