Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 3–10 years of power management IC testing experience.
• Experience with ATE test development and qualification criteria.
• Willingness to travel to China and worldwide subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Designs component-level circuits for precision parametric measurement and creates automated test system software for analog and mixed-signal ICs.
• Involved in all phases of product development: design for testability, IOS, test hardware and software design, debugging, correlation, characterization and production release.
• Possesses knowledge of test engineering concepts and applies them to complex assignments.
