This Senior Test Engineer position is responsible for developing, debugging, validating and transferring complete production test solutions for System Protection semiconductor products. The role owns test development activities across the NPI lifecycle, including hardware design, software development, characterisation, reliability support, yield optimisation, and production release.

Description
- Develop characterisation and production test solutions for new semiconductor products.
- Design, develop, and debug test hardware and software.
- Perform ATE-to-bench correlation and validation activities.
- Conduct robustness testing including spike checks, R&R studies, and reliability test support.
- Prepare and maintain test documentation through formal review processes.
- Develop innovative test methodologies to improve test efficiency, quality, and product robustness.
- Transfer test solutions into reliability and production environments.
- Work closely with Design, Product Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Profile
- Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of semiconductor test engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of PMIC architectures, hot-switch controllers, and analog/mixed-signal testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with ATE platforms such as Teradyne, Advantest, or Cohu.
- Programming experience with IG-XL, SmartTest, C++, and/or Python.
- Knowledge of reliability testing, characterisation, and yield optimisation.
- Understanding of DFT, statistical analysis, and correlation studies.
- Experience managing NPI activities and working with global cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Highly desirable
- 15+ years of industry experience.
- Automotive qualification experience (AEC-Q100).
- Knowledge of DC-DC converter topologies and control loops.
- Experience in high-power discrete semiconductor device testing.
- Exposure to Six Sigma, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and SPC methodologies.
