A leading semiconductor company is seeking a Sr. Test Development Engineer to join their team in Penang, Malaysia. This position involves new product development, including ATE test solution development and test program coding for power management integrated circuits. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and 3 to 10 years of testing experience. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or similar areas.
• 3 to 10 years of power management IC testing experience focused on NPD/NPI.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese.

Responsabilités

• Designs component-level circuits for precision parametric measurement.
• Involved in all phases of product development, including hands-on debugging.
• Creates automated test system software for analog and mixed-signal circuits.

Power management IC testing experience

Test program coding and debugging

Familiar with ATE test platforms

Good written communication skills in English and Chinese
