Job summary

Ingersoll Rand Compressor Systems & Services in Malaysia is seeking a Tender Manager to oversee engineering tender responses for power generation projects and to help develop the supply chain required for project execution.

You will collaborate with global Project Managers, Product Managers, Sales, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to produce high-quality, competitive proposals while ensuring adherence to ISO9001 standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Review tenders and RFQ; assess feasibility and scope.
• Develop and maintain a supplier network for competitive pricing.
• Formulate and optimise project costing sheets and formal offers.
• Support Sales with technical assistance post submission and during TQs.
• Assist with project design and consultant/project correspondence to meet specifications.
