Job summary

Tractors Malaysia is seeking a capable tendering and project execution professional to manage end-to-end bids, purchase orders, and delivery scheduling. You will coordinate between principals and clients during installation and ensure smooth project progress.

The role requires engineering education, 3+ years in internal combustion engines and rotating equipment, and strong sales/client management capabilities to support oil and gas products and services.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering disciplines with Mechanical/Electrical preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tendering exercise and project implementation.
• Prepare package proposals and execute purchase orders.
• Monitor project progress and delivery schedules; coordinate with principals and clients during installation.
• Maintain customer relations with key oil & gas clients.
• Evaluate resources at site service projects and address customer issues promptly.
• Follow up with customers and vendors to complete service work; participate in plant shutdowns.
• Monitor invoicing and payment transactions; liaise with Accounts on payments.
• Assist in planning strategy to improve win rates for future bids.
• Coordinate with Service Head for downtime planning and revenue targets.
• Maintain equipment service history and ensure timely invoicing.
