Qualifications

• Experience in internal combustion engines, rotating equipment and electrical instrumentation.
• Ability to communicate technically with service staff, customers and principals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tendering exercises and project implementation.
• Prepare package proposals and execute purchase orders.
• Monitor project progress and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate information flow between principals and clients during installation.
• Maintain relationships with key customers in oil and gas.
• Evaluate and manage site service project resources.
• Address customer issues and follow up on service work.
• Participate in plant shutdown activities.
• Monitor invoicing and liaise with accounts on payments.
• Promote service sales programs and product support.
• Develop equipment repair history and QA for reference.
• Keep up with product development and driving service quality.
• Ensure timely invoicing and monitoring of WIP.
• Improve service profitability and cost control.
