Post-Disbursement Loan Documentation Executive (Fresh Graduates Welcomed)

To ensure the post disbursement documentation & loan operation function operates effectively in accordance with the Bank’s profit objectives and established regulations.

Ensure the post disbursement documentation for loan is in order and the Bank’s interest is well protected.

Work closely with Business Unit, Loan Documentation Unit to ensure loan operation function carry out within the timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure Loan Operation related activities and functions comply with the relevant legal requirements, policies and procedures, rule and regulations and ethical standard.

Role and Responsible in relation to Loan Operation Maker:

Appointment of documentation solicitor for Perfection of Charge/ Discharge of Charge/ Other dealing with land office.

Follow up loan documentation status & outstanding documents with solicitor.

Ensure compliance of condition stated in Letter of Offer prior to execution of Post Disbursement Request.

Preparation of relevant documents for loan repayment.

Update all relevant record and register accordingly.

Safe-keeping of security documents.

Sinking fund monitoring, Property’s fire insurance monitoring, Share margin monitoring & others Post Disbursement Monitoring.

Collateral creation/maintenance in system.

Loan account maintenance.

Handle all other relevant system maintenance.

Handle all matters related to Post Disbursement Documentation/Monitoring.

Job Requirements:

Education/Professional Qualifications:

Bachelor of Degree in Banking and Finance, Economics, Business Administration and other related fields.

Possess of basic exposure to banking and finance services / products

Minimum 1-3 years working experience

Fresh graduates are welcomed
