1. Lead and oversee loan administration functions to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient loan processing while safeguarding the Bank's interests.
2. Drive operational excellence, risk control, and continuous process improvements to support business growth and profitability.
1.Lead, supervise, and manage the Loan Documentation Unit to ensure efficient and accurate execution of all credit administration related processes.
2.Ensure all loan documentation is properly prepared, reviewed, and maintained, safeguarding the Bank's interests at all times.
3.Oversee timely loan processing, disbursement, collateral management, and post-disbursement activities.
4.Ensure the accuracy and reliability of loan documentation, collateral data maintenance, and related administrative functions.
5.Monitor and enforce adherence to credit policies, procedures and internal control standards.
6.Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, Head Office policies, and regulatory guidelines, including those issued by Bank Negara Malaysia.
7.Ensure strict adherence to Anti-Money Laundering, Counter Financing of Terrorism & Counter Proliferation Financing Policy and all other applicable regulatory and operational requirements at all times.
8.Review and approve loan administrative transactions within delegated authority limits.
9.Coordinate effectively with business units, legal, compliance, and risk management teams to support business development initiatives.
10.Supervise and ensure that loan administrative functions operate effectively in alignment with the Bank's profitability objectives and established regulatory requirements.
11.Promote and implement continuous improvements in loan processes and system enhancements to increase operational efficiency and minimize associated risks.
12. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of loan administration activities and portfolio status.
13.Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation, strong controls, and timely resolution of audit findings.
14. Provide leadership, guidance, training, and performance management to build a competent and high-performing team.
15. Maintain high standards of service quality and turnaround time in supporting stakeholders.
16. Keep abreast of regulatory changes and industry developments to ensure ongoing compliance and best practices.
