SYNERGY ALLIANCE SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking a Technical Sales Consultant for Johor Bahru and Kuala Lumpur. You will blend on-site technical installation with strategic sales execution to accelerate POS software adoption.

Responsibilities include on-site POS installation and configuration, merchant training, issue diagnosis with escalation to HQ, plus prospecting, product demonstrations and deal closure to meet targets.

• Install and configure POS systems on-site and provide first-level technical support.
• Diagnose technical issues and escalate to HQ as needed.
• Maintain deep knowledge of POS features, integrations and hardware.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with merchants.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new business in retail and hospitality.
• Demonstrate and sell POS software to drive revenue.
• Manage existing merchant relationships to improve retention and referrals.
• Generate leads via cold calls, emails, networking and market research.
• Engage with prospects to understand needs and present value.
• Deliver persuasive product demos and presentations.
• Close deals; manage full sales cycle from lead to contract.
• Meet monthly or quarterly sales targets.
• Collect customer feedback via platforms like Google Reviews.
