Job summary

Maybank is seeking a Business Development professional to support renewal of accounts within their portfolio, coordinating site visits with BDMs, and ensuring adherence to credit SLAs. The role involves monitoring disbursement conditions, cross-selling loan products, and maintaining strong client relationships to minimize attrition and maximize wallet share.

The incumbent will interact with customers to address requests, provide basic credit guidance, and ensure compliance with risk parameters

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of business development experience in banking or finance.

Responsibilities

• Support BDM in renewal of accounts (half yearly and yearly) in their portfolio.
• Conduct visitation with BDM to customer sites for observation and information prior to renewals.
• Monitor Post Disbursement Conditions of cases in the portfolio.
• Attend to customer requests and appeals on credit matters within SLA, and provide basic advice.
• Market and sell the Bank's loan products to new and existing customers.
• Build closer rapport with existing customers to boost utilization and share of business.
